Personal training sessions are specifically tailored for riders, with a focus on developing strength, balance, flexibility, and overall fitness to enhance performance in the saddle. Particular emphasis is placed on core stability, posture, coordination, and body awareness, enabling riders to apply aids more effectively and ride with greater precision.

By improving the rider’s physical condition, these sessions not only support individual performance but also have a direct positive impact on horse welfare. A stronger, more balanced rider is better able to move in harmony with the horse, reducing unnecessary strain, promoting correct way of going, and encouraging comfort and longevity in the horse’s work.

We also offer Programmes that are adapted to suit individual goals and ability, ensuring progressive development in a safe and structured manner, while fostering a more effective and sympathetic partnership between horse and rider. Dependant on location
